Treatment of hormonal disorders in women

First, we have to learn together about the concept of hormones. What are the hormones?

Is a group of chemical secretions that are sorted by the endocrine system and that affect positively on many different body functions.

Hormones are the main axis that causes many physical changes to every person at all ages.

Because every woman undergoes many hormonal changes due to the many physiological changes she experiences during her various stages of life such as menstruation, pregnancy, lactation and menopause.

For this reason, many women are exposed to many hormonal disorders that directly and negatively affect many of their biological and physiological functions.

We note the negative role played by these disorders on the health of women in general, despite the fact that women follow a healthy diet and integrated, but  these disorders are a source of disturbing in the life of every woman at all stages of life without exception.

Unfortunately, most women ignore these hormonal disorders and do not know the extent of their harm to their health until they have been subjected to proper medical examination by a specialist obstetrician and gynecologist and to perform the necessary tests to confirm the incidence of these hormonal disorders.

It is therefore advisable to follow up on a woman’s health status periodically through periodic and regular visits to the obstetrician and specialist to detect any signs of a presence of hormonal disorders adversely affect the health in general in the long term and difficult to control when neglected and discovered late.

But the question here is, what are the signs of hormonal disorder in women?

  1. Psychological condition:
    The exposure to anxiety and constant stress, is indicative of hormonal disorders, as the low mood and psychological affect negatively on all functions of the body, especially “adrenal gland, which is affected directly, and thus cause the reduction of the rate of secretion of progesterone, so it is therefore advised to stay away from pressure Psychological, stress and anxiety as much as possible and this by taking a generous amount of sleep and rest and change the pattern of daily routine and the exercise of sports activities periodically and regularly.
  2. Over-eating:
    Eating too much after the arrival of satiety is an indicator of dysfunction of the adrenal gland and also the thyroid gland. In this case, it is recommended to limit the intake of junk foods with high saturated fat.
  3. Exposure to continuous perspiration and high body temperature:
    Exposure to persistent sweating in different seasons of the year is a sign of hormonal disorders. It is therefore advisable to self-monitor for women when exposed to sweating and high temperature after eating certain types of food and then limiting their subsequent intake.
  4. Insomnia:
    Insomnia is one of the factors that indicate the existence of hormonal disorders, and therefore it is recommended to organize sleep times and take a premium sleep at night, and exercise activities that contribute to reducing stress and relaxation such as yoga and also attention to a healthy diet and balanced, including fresh fruit ,cereals and vegetables, and should also be interested in drinking plenty of water throughout the day ranging from 6 to 8 cups a day.
  5. Continuous weight gain:
    It should be noted that weight gain continuously, despite the exercise of sports activities and continuous movement and keep eating a small amount of food, this refers to exposure to hormonal disorders, and therefore recommended to examine the thyroid and consult the specialist doctor.
